Day 01 : Arrival in Chennai : Today on your arrival you will be welcome by our representative after introduction of our driver you will transfer to hotel, Upon arrival check in to the hotel after small refreshment you can proceed to Chennai sightseeing visit famous Lord Kapaleeswar Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva) Gopuram, Mandapam and tank are interesting points to see.
later visit St. George Fort Museum (closed on Friday) - Important place to visit to know about ancient Chennai. It has great historical importance & worth visiting place. (St. George Fort now houses the Tamilnadu Legislative Assembly & office of the Secretariat of Tamilnadu, later visit Govt. Museum (closed on Friday) and in the evening you can spend your leisure time at Elliot’s Beach later return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Chennai.
Day 02 : Chennai / Kanchipuram / Mahabalipuram : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed to Mahabalipuram which is one of the famous coastal region in Tamilnadu. Enroute you can visit Kanchipuram sightseeing visit Kailasanathar Temple, built in 8th Century AD.
It is built in the typical Pallava style, with a pyramidal tower, a pillared hall & vestibule, enclosed by a wall. The temple is famous for exquisite carvings & attracts devotees & tourists alike. There are 58 small shrines situated around the main shrine, as a compound wall. Fresco style paintings adorn the inner walls of the temple.
Next we visit Ekambareswarar Temple; ancient temple is dedicated to lord Shiva. The 57 metres high Raj Gopuram is one of the tallest towers in South India. The 3000 year old mango tree inside the temple has 4 branches each yielding different variety of mangoes.
Then visit Vaikunda Perumal temple (dedicated to Lord Vishnu) It is also one of the 108 Divyadesams, after visiting the temples you can have a visit the Handloom silk industries, where you can see the silk sarees manufactured in the traditional style, then continue your drive to Mahabalipuram. Day 03 : Mahabalipuram / Pondicherry : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed to Mahabalipuram sightseeing visit famous Arjuna's Penance is the world's largest bas-relief. This huge whale-back shaped rock contains figures of gods, demigods, men, beasts, birds.
Next we visit Rathas, monolithic temples fashioned as chariots. They remain an architectural mystery, for each is apparently a faithful reproduction of a structure built of wood. In fact, even the grain of the timber beams & rafters has been simulated in stone.
Of the eight Rathas, five have been named for the Pandava brothers, the heroes of the epic Mahabharata, later visit Sea Shore Temple after sightseeing you can proceed to Pondicherry, which is popularly said to be as the French territory in South India. Up on arrival check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. In the evening you can just walk around sea shore side and overnight stay at Pondicherry
Day 04 : Pondicherry : Today morning finish your breakfast you can proceed for Pondicherry sightseeing visit famous Aurobindo Ashram - it represents a combination of Yoga and Modern Science, Auroville – one of the world famous Meditation center, to do meditation people from different parts of the world come to this place, Later return back to hotel and take your lunch at the hotel. In the evening you can visit Manakula Vinayagar Temple and overnight stay at Pondicherry.
Day 05 : Pondicherry / Chidambaram / Darasuram / Tanjore : Morning after breakfast start drive to Tanjore enroute visit Chidambaram visit Famous Lord Natarajar Temple (dedicated to Lord shiva) it represents one of the five elements (sky) and this is only temple where we can see Lord Shiva in dancing posture and then continue your drive, Darasuram visit the famous Airavateeswarar Temple located close to Kumbakonam.
This temple is a storehouse of art and architecture which was built by Raja Raja Chola II in the 12th century A D. This temple is recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Monument, and then continue your drive to Tanjore, Upon arrival check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Tanjore.
Day 06 : Tanjore / Trichy / Madurai : Today early morning had your breakfast you can proceed to Tanjore, which is popularly said to be as the rice bowl of Tamilnadu, after reaching Tanjore you can visit famous Brahadeeswarar Temple an 1000Years old temple built by Famous King Raja Raja Chola, later you can visit Maratha Palace inside to the palace we can visit King Saroboji Saraswathy Mahal Library, Art Gallery and Sangeetha Mahal.
After sightseeing continues drive to Madurai enroute you can visit Trichy sightseeing visit famous Rock Fort Temple most famed landmark is an 83 m high rock which is the only outcrop in the otherwise flat land of the city. The most amazing fact about the rock is that it is one of the oldest in the world approximately 3,800 million years, which makes it as old as the rocks of Greenland & older than the Himalayas.
later visit the Srirangam Temple, surrounded by the waters of the River Kaveri on one side & its tributary Kollidam on the other, is a 600-acre island-town enclosed within the seven walls of the gigantic Sri Renganathaswamy Temple, There are not less than 21 Gopuram here in this temple, one of which is the tallest in South India. After sightseeing proceed to Madurai, upon arrival check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Madurai.
Day 07 : Madurai : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed for Madurai city tour visit famous Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple, later visit Thirumalainayak Palace – This palace is built by king Thirumalai Nayak , who was one of the Nayak ruler, later visit Gandhi Museum - This museum was built to honor our Father of nation, Gandhi JI. It gives a detailed history about his freedom struggle after visiting return back to the hotel. In the evening you can proceed to visit Night Ceremony which is held in Meenakshiamman Temple. Later return back to hotel and overnight stay at Madurai.
Day 08 : Madurai / Thekkady : Morning finish your breakfast you can start drive to Periyar, the popular wild life region in Kerala. Periyar is a place to cruise on the lake & gives an opportunity to see wildlife. It is home to tigers, leopards, elephants, bison, antelopes, sambhar, wild boar, monkey, a wide variety of birds, up on arrival check in to the hotel and after small refreshment you can proceed for Spice Plantation Tour (optional) where you can see variety of spices grown in Periyar. In the evening you can witness the Kalaripayattu show (optional), the traditional and gallant show of Kerala, Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 09 : Thekkady / Alleppey : Today morning done your breakfast you can proceed to Alleppey, the most popular backwater destination in Kerala, up on arrival board the houseboat locally called Kettuvallam, and cruise around beautiful Vembanad Lake, This Lake offers an enchanting experience to the tourists.
The lake is the best picnic spot, where you can relax your mind and body. While the water gives the place a cooling effect, trees and shrubs act as a respite to the parched eyes. During the journey you can see ancient temples, churches, paddy fields and watch the day to day activities of the local people who live nearby.

Day 10 : Alleppey / Cochin : Today you will disembark the houseboat and proceed to Cochin, on arrival check in to the hotel after small refreshment you can proceed to Cochin sightseeing visit famous St. Francis Church, built by the Portuguese in 1510 A.D. It is believed to be the oldest European Church built in India.
Vasco - da - Gama was buried here. Fourteen years later, his mortal remains were taken to Portugal. Later visit Dutch Palace (closed on Friday) was built by the Portuguese, and presented to the Raja of Cochin in 1555. Though built by the Portuguese, it is popularly known as the 'Dutch Palace', as the Dutch renovated it during their brief reign here.
The glory of the Palace lies in the murals which are in the best traditions of Hindu Temple Art, Later visit Jewish synagogue (closed on Friday noon & Saturday) it was built in 1568 A.D. The Great Scrolls of Old Testament and a number of copper plates inscribed in the Hebrew Script are preserved in this Synagogue.
The Jewish Synagogue in Kochi stands out as a testimony for the communal harmony in the state for centuries, then visit Chinese fishing nets at the entrance to the harbor, these nets are a fascinating sight. It is a mechanical method of catching fish by local fishermen in Fort Kochi. In the evening you can proceed to watch famous Kerala traditional Kathakali Dance Show (Optional) later return back to hotel and overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 11 : Cochin / Munnar : Morning finish your breakfast you can proceed to Munnar, which is the most popular hill station in Kerala, Where we can see the lush green, tea estates which cover all our eye sights, Before reach the Munnar Town you can stop the famous waterfalls like Valera & Cheeyappara waterfalls. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 12 : Munnar : Today morning after your breakfast you can proceed for Munnar sightseeing visit Eravikulam National Park (Every year Feb to March closed) a famous sanctuary to see the rate species Nilgiri Thars (Mountain goats), mammals, Sambars, Barking Deers & etc.,
Later you can visit Tea Museum (closed on Monday), It’s a collection of old bits and pieces from the colonial era can be seen here, demonstration of tea production, information on machineries, tea processing and you can walk besides the beautiful lush green tea plantation. Later you can visit Mattupetty Dam, one of the famous dam in Kerala that provide a great water resource for the surroundings; here you can options to take Boat Ride activity. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 13 : Munnar / Ooty : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed to Ooty, Its better known as the queen of hill stations. It is one of most popular tourist resort in Nilgiri District. It is a land of picturesque picnic spots. It was a very popular summer & weekend getaway for the Britishers during the colonial days. Up on arrival check in hotel, day at leisure. Overnight stay at Ooty
Day 14 : Ooty : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed for Ooty sightseeing visit Botanical Garden, This beautiful garden has spread over 55 acres, the garden is a home to several rare species of trees such as the cork tree (the only one of its kind in India), the paper bark tree and the monkey puzzle tree, so named because monkeys cannot climb it!
Also to be found are the remnants of a fossilized tree estimated to be some 20 million years old! Later you can visit Ooty Lake; this is artificial lake which was created by John Sullivan, later visit to Dodabetta Peak, Rose Garden. After Ooty sightseeing if times permit you can proceed for Coonoor sightseeing visit Sims Park, Lambs Rock, Dolphin nose after sightseeing return back to Ooty and overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 15 : Ooty / Mysore : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed to Mysore, one of the beautiful cities in Karnataka, which is a majestic, mysterious and mesmerizing city. It has inherited all Indian traditions with modernity. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. In the evening you can proceed to visit Brindavan Garden, dancing musical fountains on the terraces of Krishnarajasagar Dam, later return back to hotel and overnight stay at Mysore
Day 16 : Mysore : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed for Mysore city tour visit Mysore palace, The architectural style of the palace is commonly described as Indo-Saracenic, and blends together Hindu, Muslim, Rajput, and Gothic styles of architecture. It is a three-storied stone structure, with marble domes and a 145 feet five-storied tower.
The palace is surrounded by a large garden. Palace was designed by Henry Irwin, the British consultant architect of Madras State, and completed in 1912 on the site of the old wooden palace that was destroyed by fire in 1897, It is the official residence of the Woodeyars - the erstwhile royal family of Mysore, and also houses two durbar halls (ceremonial meeting hall of the royal court).
The majestic Durbar Hall with its ornate ceiling and sculpted pillars, and the Marriage Pavilion with its chandeliers, cast-iron pillars, and Belgian stained glass arranged in peacock designs on the domed ceilings, are the main attractions, Later Visit Chamundi Hills, we can see the temple of Goddess Chamundeswari, The Chamundi Hills are located close to the palace city of Mysore.
The hills' average elevation is 1,000 meters, down to the hill station we can also see a largest bull Temple which is also one of the main attractions. Later you can proceed to Somnathpur, which is one of the famous sightseeing place where you can see the Chennakesava Temple later return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Hassan.
Day 17 : Mysore / Shravanabelagola / Hassan : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed for Hassan and if your interest enroute you can visit Shravanabelagola, It is a historical temple town and pilgrimage centre in Karnataka, Here you can see the Bahagwan Bahubali Statue but we have climb up the steps.
This status is 58- feet tall monolithic statue of Gommateshvara Bhagawan Bahubali was consecrated by Chavundaraya.Later you can start drive to Hassan up on arrival check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Hassan
Day 18 : Hassan / Belur & Halebid / Hassan : Morning finish breakfast you can start drive to Belur visit Chennakesawa temple (built by Hoysala King) this temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu this is UNESCO Monument which has beautiful carvings in and around the temples, which express the beauty of the ancient culture, all the carvings are made by using Soap stones, later start drive to Halebid you can see a famous monument Hoyasleswara Temple dedicated to Lord shiva, it was amazing to hear the history of the temple, Each sculpture in the temple carved with a theme. After sightseeing return back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 19 : Hassan / Bangalore : Morning had your breakfast you can proceed to Bangalore, Upon arrival check in to the hotel and take small refreshment later you can proceed for Bangalore sightseeing visit Lal Bagh Garden it is a beautiful garden located with 240 acres land scapes, it houses a splendid collection of about 1,800 species of tropical, subtropical and medicinal plants brought from Persia, Afghanistan and France.
Hyder Ali's son, Tipu Sultan, added to the beauty of the garden by publicizing his wish to receive much-sought-after species of plants from visiting dignitaries, then visit Tippu palace, Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace was the summer residence of Tipu Sultan till his death in the year 1799 during the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War, later proceed to Bangalore Airport to board to your flight for your onwards journey with full of sweet memories. In the evening you can visit Iskcon & Bull Temple later return back to hotel and overnight stay at Bangalore.
